Holiday Budget Planner

Stay on top of your finances this holiday season. Download the AOL Living Holiday Budget Planner mobile application to calculate how much you can (or want to) spend on gifts, decorations and more. Enter the amount of each purchase to keep track of how much you’ve spent. This super-smart app will tell you how much money is left in each budget, or oops, how much you’ve overspent! You’ll realize that saving money makes the holidays even happier.

Open the application to find two sections, the Holiday Budget Planner and a Holiday Tips section, which gives budgeting and holiday shopping tips to guide your spending through the holidays.

With the Holiday Budget Planner, you can:
• Create budgets per category: Decorations, Food, Drinks, Cards, Travel and Gifts, and can break out gifts to reflect individual budgets per recipient
• Enter actual dollars spent against each category and gift recipient
• Automatically calculate total budget remaining per category and recipient, depending upon your created budget and entered actual dollars spent
• Email your budgets
• One tap takes you to Walmart to get great gift ideas
