Serendipity
Serendipity is an application for events and location management.
The events are music, theater and lectures for that day. These lists will continue to grow as we add more sources. The event locations are displayed as venue markers on google maps and linked to search features.
The location management is a user account with groups and invitations that you manage. You chose which group to broadcast your location to and you chose which group to display coordinates from. You can invite other users to groups that you create, and you can accept or reject invitations that you receive to join other groups. When you retrieve group locations, they're displayed with the events on google maps.
What's new
Added notifications of invitations, and notifications when a new person joins or leaves one of your groups, and notifications when someone in your groups changes their location. Improved the help/information menus. Added a search launched from the event markers.
