Go2Cache
go2cache is an easy to use paperless geocaching iPhone app that is designed to enhance yoaur geocaching experience. It has built-in map and compass navigation that takes full advantage of the iPhone’s features to give you great accuracy when you need it most whilst also working hard to protect your battery life. You can also switch off Location Services and use go2cache as a database to supplement to your GPS device.
It integrates with Geocaching.com allowing you to run searches, download pocket queries, upload logs and more. It’s internal database allows you to forget about network issues and just focus on caching. (It can also import Loc, GC-compatible GPX and Zip files from other places via Safari, Mail or iTunes).
go2cache allows you to create routes to plan your day. You can also import GPX routes from your favorite mapping software using iTunes and go2cache will scan your database to fill in all the correct geocaches and waypoints automatically.
go2cache is also designed to be kind to your battery. For good battery life download a pocket query in the app at home and use this when out geocaching. (When the phone/wi-fi button on the front panel is green you are using Geocaching Live, when it is grey you are using your saved Pocket Queries. Pressing it will flip it from green to grey and back)
