Flick The Candy
Flick The Candy is a strategy game where players try to open treasure chests by shifting chest Candys around in under a certain number of moves.
All Candys move at the same time, Candys cannot be moved up and you must move around walls and other obstacles. As you progress, the levels get harder, you are given more Candys and more objects to block your path.
You control the Candys by flicking the screen in the direction you want them to move.
A lot of the time, you will get stuck or run out of moves, in which case you shake the screen to reset the level. Since all Candys move at once, you must move Candys up to walls in order to shift them closer together to pass a narrow entry way.
The visuals are simple and clear, presenting players with a path. The sound is islandy and fun and changes across different levels to spice up gameplay. Players also have the option to use their iPod music, but must turn the game sound off manually or have the two tracks playing at once.
This is a single player game, but players can upload highscores to the games leaderboards.
Flick The Candy is a great puzzle game where players must think before every move. The simple controls and gameplay leave players free to concentrate on the puzzles at hand and with 100 levels and 3 difficulties; players will definitely have a challenge unlocking all the treasure chests. Overall, this game is a must have if you enjoy puzzle games, but even if you’re not mad about puzzle games, try it and see what treasures you can uncover.
