BrainFreqz - Meditation
BrainFreqz entrainment programs utilize various audio techniques including "isochronic tones" and "binaural beats" to entrain brain waves to desired frequencies. Entrainment is the process by which a person's brain waves tend to approach and mimic the same frequency as a dominant stimulus.
This Meditation program is designed to shift a busy mind to the frequencies known as the "Schumann Resonance". Specifically. 7.83 hertz and associated harmonic frequencies. The Schumann Resonance refers to the rate at which naturally occurring electromagnetic impulses are reflected between the earth's surface and the ionosphere. Being immersed in these electromagnetic waves in our physical world constantly, it is natural and can be very therapeutic to bring your mental frequencies into alignment with these frequencies as well.
