*** About Setting Your Wallpaper Background ***
You see a wallpaper background picture as you unlock iPhone or when you’re on a call with someone you don’t have a high-resolution photo for.
To set your background, open the Settings App and choose 'Wallpaper'. Choose the image you want to use.
Drag the background to pan, or pinch the background to zoom in or out, until it looks the way you want.
All backgrounds are saved to your phone at the highest resolution available and may appear small because of its high resolution.
For more information on how to set your wallpaper goto: http://www.apple.com/iphone/tips/#photos_wallpaper
To delete a Background wallpaper, open the Photos app, find and tap a background in the Camera Roll album, then tap the Trash Can icon. If the Background wallpaper is in use, first change your iPhone wallpaper, then delete the wallpaper.
Due to Apple iPhone SDK limitations, you cannot set the Wallpaper behind your App icons.
