What's new

After much feedback from our delegates, we've fixed the following issues:

BUGS
- fixed the white screen that appears when the device is not connected to the network which prevents the user from using the app which forces them to restart the app

- fixed the disappearing resources if you hit the presenter details page first

NEW FEATURE
- added ability to add notes from the exhibitors section

UI
- fixed the alignment of the checkbox in the notes section

- updated map and centered aligned

- text to appear if no resources appear for any section in the resource hub

- made the text float to the left of the images for the facebook stream on the ipad
