Mrs. Ratna Juneja, M.A. (English), M.Ed. is a teacher by profession for past 22 years. She has gradually taken the heights and has reached upto the college level to teach. She is associated with Indore Public School, Indore and IPS Academy. This name is not new for the media as her association with Bhopal Doordarshan, World of Advertising has given her name and fame. She has given her voice to various advertisements, educational cd's and corporate films which are available in the market.

In her opinion,"Communication is the process of sharing our ideas, thoughts and feelings with other people and have those ideas, thoughts and feelings understood by the people we are talking with". An individual has to be an OPEN MINDED PERSON who should be prepared to accept the changes that come across.
