Acoustiguide Smartour – Asian Art Museum
The Asian Art Museum of San Francisco is one of the largest museums in the Western world devoted exclusively to Asian art. Here, you can travel through 6,000 years of history, trek across seven major regions and sample the cultures of numerous countries.
This application provides an introduction to the museum's renowned collection. The self-guided 60 minute multimedia tour, produced in collaboration with Acoustiguide, Inc., includes multiple images with audio content of key artworks, as well as over 30 minutes of supplemental video.
Category views, numeric keypad entry and the keyword search function enable you to access the tour anyway you wish, while the interactive map allows you to navigate through two floors of priceless works of art.
Additional information including hours and admission, directions and upcoming events makes this application an invaluable tool to optimize your museum experience.
