SmartManage helps managers make business decisions. Using over 30 years of well-published academic research, SmartManage offers smart managers a streamlined “decision engine” to help them make decisions to maximize the probability of a satisfactory outcome.
This isn’t an entertainment app; a coin-flipper, or wheel spinner. This app is based off of dozens of academic studies over several decades.

Explore: You are free to explore the inputs and outputs of the DecisionEngine on your own to learn about the fundamentals of situational leadership.

Explore the eight different dimensions of business problems including:
• Goal Congruence: Do group members share the organization’s goals to be attained by solving the problem?
