Mobile Edge Express for SugarCRM

Mobile Edge Express for Sugar CRM allows you to connect to and run SugarCRM on your iPhone giving you access to your critical CRM information even when you are outside of cellular network coverage. The application is ideal for all users of SugarCRM including sales, customer service technicians and professional services specialists.

Free Client Software – The client software is free and will continue to function if you let the server software subscription lapse.

Server Software Trial – The connection to your CRM server software is provided by iEnterprises, Inc. The CRM server software is automatically provisioned and a 30- day free trial commences upon the download of the software. Note that the client software will continue to function indefinitely without the server connection should you choose not to purchase the $25 per month server software.

Features - Mobile Edge Express for SugarCRM allows you to manage all critical areas of your CRM including Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities, Leads, and Tickets. Data is stored locally giving you quick access to your CRM information even when you are out of cellular network coverage.

Downloading and Launching the Application for the first time – When you launch the application, you will be brought through the registration and provisioning process by following the directions on the screen.

Fire Wall Connectivity / Disconnected Mode - Given that every company has different security and firewall set-ups, we cannot guarantee connectivity from your iPhone to your CRM environment. For demonstration purposes, we have included an option to run the application in disconnected mode in the event that security issues prevent you from using the application as desired. We will gladly work with your system administrator so you can gain full and easy access. Because we have no control over these security and firewall issues, we ask that you do not base your reviews of the application based on connectivity.

Enterprise Version Available – If you are interested in deploying the solution behind your firewall and /or taking advantage of the advanced features provided by the expanded Mobile Edge Enterprise versions, please contact iEnterprises for more information. The Enterprise version includes advanced features such as custom objects, pre-loading device data, centralized administration and interface mapping.
