Invoice Manager is an mobile application that can be used to store their project information and also client information. It is available for both iPad and iPhone . By using this application user can easily handles their projects and their clients.

1. Create new project description along with their project name , number , site address and also client details.
2.Create new folder that contains information about selected project , date , EOT no. , their summary , details , distribution and also extension time that is required for that project.
3.Send the folder information through email as making a PDF.
4.User can save the folder information according to own setting so that when needs to check user can preview that folder information as PDF.
5.User can also select our own choice logo for details.
6.User can saved company details , contact information and also country.
7.User can save Opening and signature message, that is used to creates the PDF.
8.User can email for any support to know about us and also able to visit website .

* Full contact information per client such as: Name, ID Number, Company name, Telephone, eMail, Web, Street, City, Postal Code, State and Country.
* Import logo from Picture Gallery to be used for the invoices.
* Keep a database if invoices and ready made templates ready to send in seconds.
* Full item description per item, including name, price and description.
* Customizable payment terms option.
* Invoice number can be customized with prefix and postfix.
* Profiles can be used for several companies.
