Interview Assistant Lite
The Interview Assistant™ Lite application offers individuals and small business owners a logical method for determining the potential benefits and problems when hiring.
Our "Do's & Don'ts" section below will provide assistance in formulating questions that meet the privacy & non-discrimination requirements in the U.S. and many countries. At the same time we have included a very brief measure of what is called "Locus of Control" in order to assist with an important parameter that might shed some light on the employment decision.
It is critical to note that this "Lite" version of the Interview
Assistant™ is not a substitute for your own perceptions, nor is it in any way a psychological device capable of replacing professional judgement that may be employed in the hiring process.
For medium and larger firms we would recommend investigating our more complete system that will be offered shortly, "Interview Assistant™ Pro".
