iDispatcher Lite

iDispatcher Lite is much more than a to do list. It's a service work order application that lets you build and track service calls, customer service histories and customer lists.
It's just like iDispatcher, but not as much service history and it doesn't track inventory or let you scan in barcodes with the camera.

With iDispatcher Lite, you can...

*Store customer contact information so it auto populates a new work order.
*Take photos of your work.
*Capture signatures on the work order.
*Call the customer from the app.
*Email or SMS the customer from the app.
*Get maps to the job address right from the app.
*Get driving directions to the job address.
*Track labor spent on the job.
BUT that's not all. If you use iDispatcher Lite as a companion app to The Desktop Dispatcher,(optional) you can do even more.
The Desktop Dispatcher is the PC based (Mac in development) big brother of iDispatcher Lite.
With The Desktop Dispatcher, you can
Sync the with multiple iPhones so other techs can have the same information you have.
Monitor the progress of your technicians.
Use a pc to enter all the data. Even import records from other programs.
More easily track customer service histories.
Get reminders for appointments.
Wirelessly sync (WiFi, Edge or 3g connections) with the office pc
to update the office on your status and get new jobs.
View calls by appointment date and time in an easier to use calendar.
Show service history right on the work order. (iPhone and desktop)
Get greater storage capacity for photographs and signatures.
