The Hyde Agency is the oldest established surety bond provider in New York City. Since 1921, we have been the leading source of bonds for the legal community.

We represent eight major surety companies, all of which are U.S. Treasury listed and are rated Excellent to Superior by the A.M. Best Company. With this exceptional mix of surety markets, we have the flexibility to offer creative solutions, competitive rates, terms and conditions. In the past year alone we assisted law firms throughout the country in securing bonds for their clients ranging from as small as $1,000 to as large as $200 million.
