eHub Mobile, the employee and customer self-service app from TEAM Software, was designed with the user in mind and is focused on providing the employees, supervisors and customers of our clients in the building service and security industries with instant access to the information they need most. Featuring key employee and customer self-service tools, eHub Mobile enables users to manage jobs, employees and customer service on the go, anywhere, anytime.

eHub Mobile is available for current TEAM Software clients who are licensed for eHub Employee Self-Service portal and/or eHub Customer Self-Service portal.

Below is a list of all the features available on eHub Mobile. What you have access to is determined by your employer.

Employee users can:
• Submit Action Items, like supply orders or customer requests
• Check in to or out of shifts using TeamTime on mobile
• View timekeeping records
• View paychecks and hourly benefit information
• View and email W-2s/T4s
• View schedules and add them to device calendar
• Use Checkpoints to perform job or employee inspections and attach pictures
• View job location information and map the job address
• View messages, events, links and documents on the dashboard

Job Supervisors have regular employee features above, plus they can:
• View and download customer invoices
• View and fill open posts/schedules and verify scheduling requirements/compliances
• View and modify employee schedules, insert shifts and share schedules via text or email
• Create, modify or complete work tickets
• View, modify or approve timekeeping records
• Call, text or email employees directly from the application
• View job or employee inspection results and manage deficiencies
• Monitor employee arrivals and departures with TeamTime Status and verify employee location using geo-location features

Customer users can:
• View and download their invoices
• Submit and monitor Action Items like complaints or invoice disputes
• Use Checkpoints to perform job inspections or surveys and attach pictures
• View Checkpoint results and deficiencies
• View work tickets
• View messages, events, links and documents on the dashboard
• Monitor employee departures and arrivals with real-time information from TeamTime
