This application is an enterprise mobile solution for BMC Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) which enables user to quickly and easily:
•View ticket history
•Create and track tickets
•Assign or reassign tickets to themselves, another person, or another group
•Update critical ticket fields: Status, Urgency, Impact, Assignee, Group Name, Description, Resolution, and Categorization
•Access and update ticket information even when out of network.
•View user’s pending Approvals fetched directly from the ITSM server.
•View Approval details and each Approval’s associated Change Request.
•Approve, Reject and add notes to each Approval.
