CFSA continues to be the primary advocate for licensed and regulated nonbank lenders, providing a reasoned and rational voice on short-term credit issues.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is now writing rules that will govern our industry and change the way your business operates. As these rules are written, CFSA will continue its work to educate and inform regulators with the goal of achieving the best regulatory framework possible for our members’ businesses and the best products and services for consumers.
