In an effort to provide our customers with more up to the minute information no matter where you are, Tech Data Corporation is introducing its first mobile application called accessTD. The accessTD app offers iPhone, iPad and iPod touch owners the ability to access many of the features of the new techdata.com including product searches, pricing and availability information, order tracking, invoice details and shipment information. Customers will be able to log into their account using their techdata.com login ID and password and view up-to-date pricing information when meeting with clients.
accessTD is great for:

* Viewing product availability when selling to a customer
* Tracking the order for your customer when you are away from your desk
* Accessing product details while on the go
* Searching our entire inventory wherever you are
* Creating a quote when getting a call from your customer
* Purchasing product while out of the office

* Introducing e-Business Today - a new home screen providing the latest information on accessTD as well as tips of the day.

* By popular demand, the Open Line report from Techdata.com is now available within accessTD (US market exclusive)

* View pricing discounts for volume purchases on the product details screen (US market exclusive)

* Filtering your search results on your phone is now available on phone platforms
