HOW IT WORKS
- Browse Lucky editors’ favorite merchandise (e.g., shoes, handbags, denim) by trend, brand, price, and available color.
- Zoom in and out of selected products to see details.
- Tap ‘Find It Near Me’ to find a nearby store within 50 miles.
- Confirm the item is available in your preferred size and color by simply entering your contact information.
- The LUCKY AT YOUR SERVICE concierge team will place a call to the store during normal business hours—and even put it on hold if you like—so you can try it on before you buy!
- Within 10 minutes, you will receive an e-mail and/or text message with details on its availability and how to pick up your merchandise (even the name of the salesperson to find when you get in-store!).
- You can also tap 'Find It Online' for a list of online stores.
