Red Bull IKARUS - Culinary Highflyers
The Restaurant Ikarus has turned a singular gastronomic concept into reality: Under the auspices of Eckart Witzigmann, executive chef Roland Trettl presents intercultural innovative cuisine from top chefs from all around the world on a monthly basis. He invites his guests to join him on a culinary voyage where the gourmet can savour and enjoy the exquisite worldwide panorama. One thing always remains the same, however: high class cooking.
In cooperation with Red Bull Hangar-7, Collection Rolf Heyne, NOUS Wissensmanagement and Sony DADC a unique iPad application presenting the world best chefs and some of their unique recipes has been developed. Enjoy high quality pictures, videos, recipes and stories of world famous chefs such as Grant Achatz, Hans Välimäki, Heiko Nieder, Sergio Herman, Cornelia Poletto and many more. A unique concept, a unique book and a unique App.
