Hanuman Chalisa is a devotional poem written by Tuslsidas in the praise of Shree Hanuman. It is full of devotion, sacrifice and dedication. Shree Hanuman provides the shelter in times of distress and helps in achiving any objective. Hanuman Chalisa is extremely popular amongst Hindus who recite it as a prayer every day (or every Tuesdays and Saturdays). As per the verse 38 in Hanuman Chalisa, it is believed that the person who chants the Chalisa 100 times for 100 days becomes free from the cycle of birth and death and enjoys the highest bliss.
