Hanuman Sangrah

Lord Hanuman has an important place in India and is worshipped by millions of people. In hinduism Hanuman is a vanar deva (monkey god) who helped Rama (an avatar of Vishnu) in rescuing his wife sita from Ravana (king of devils). Shri Hanumanji is the epitome of strength ,selfless service, humble disposition, and bhakti.He also symbolizes the pinnacle of devotion, courage and loyalty and many believe he is an ansh(part) of lord Shiva.

Hanuman Chalisa : It is a poem with 40 stanzas primarily praising lord Hanuman is written by Goswami Tulsidasji and is most famous piece of literature apart from the Ramacharita Manasa. It has gained immense popularity among hindus. Many of them recite it as a prayer every week, generally on Tuesdays or Saturdays. Hanuman Chalisa has been found to be highly effective in controlling the evil effects of saturn transit or saturn's major/ minor periods.

Hanuman Ashtak : Hanuman Ashtak is a popular collection of verses dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The word ‘Ashtak’ means eight and the prayer contains eight verses. It is believed that by reciting these verses, a person develops mental strength and deep devotion. In temples, Hanuman Ashtak is recited after the Hanuman Chalisa.

Hanuman Aarti : It is a devotional song where devotees clap, sing , dance and praise lord Hanuman for all his noble deeds and supreme qualities.
