手臂录

手臂录是后代武学家研究兵器，尤其是枪、剑、棍、刀四大主流，必定参考的古籍。其作者为吴殳先生，字修龄，清康熙至乾隆年间人（公元1611年——1695年），精于枪、刀、剑法，喜游场实战印证武学。吴殳于二十弱冠之年，亲炙于石家枪名师石敬严（师于峨眉枪名师程真如），数载纯攻之下，颇有创见，后来甚至于可挑战其师。《手臂录》中遍论天下枪法，以“我无所能，因敌成体；如水生波，如火作焰”之“神化”，为枪之最上品。

本书为完整之版本，包含正文四卷、附卷三卷共计二百四十页。
