An internet connection is needed and users must be running iOS 4. The 83rd Academy Awards ceremony will start at 8:00 p.m. ET /5:00 p.m. PT on Sunday, February 27. It will be broadcast on the ABC network in the U.S. and a full list of broadcasters in other countries can be found here.
