‘Infinity Blade’ Game Trailer Released

A trailer for Infinity Blade, the official name for the upcoming game by Epic Games first revealed at the Apple keynote event in September, has been released as pointed out by TouchArcade.com. The RPG action game was initially dubbed Project Sword at that keynote event and featured a medieval-era world with lush graphics using the Unreal Engine 3 development framework.

Appearing at GameTrailers.com this morning, the trailer shows what appear to be some cut scenes as well as fighting gameplay. Also shown briefly is actual gameplay on an iPhone.

Infinity Blade is slated to be released before the holidays though no specific release date or pricing has been announced yet. If you’d like to get a feel for the game’s environment, you can check out the free Epic Citadel demo that was released in September.
